Scheduling Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events happen occasionally in every day life. Business meetings, car problems, flight delays, illness, inclement weather and family emergencies are just a few reasons that one may consider cancelling an appointment.

In our effort to be effective and fair to all of our clients, we ask that you please give our office advance notice when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for our other clients to schedule an appointment in your place in the event of cancellations.

Please be aware that clients may be subject to a $20 late fee in the event of appointments
that are cancelled within 2 hours of their scheduled times without a suitable reason.

Late Arrivals

Scheduled appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. In the event that you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accomodate other clients whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, Sonja will determine if there is enough time to start your session.

Regardless of the length of your session actually given in the event that you arrive late, you will be responsible for payment of the full  session.
