RockTape is a special kind of tape known as kinesiology tape. RockTape is used to treat a variety of injuries and conditions and also helps improve athletic performance! Made from 97% cotton and 3% nylon, RockTape is very flexible and moves with you, unlike traditional athletic tape, and provides continuous support and stability in the affected area being taped. Think of RockTape as providing the support of an ACE bandage, but without the bulkiness. Its adhesive contains no latex and is hypoallergenic. Each application can be worn for up to 5 days and because it's waterproof, you can shower and even swim with it. RockTape comes in a variety of fun styles and colors and each roll gives you roughly 5-10 applications per roll.

RockTape works by microscopically lifting the skin away from the layers of muscle and other tissues underneath it. This creates a decompression effect in an injured area, which helps reduce pain, promote local blood flow and circulation and reduces swelling at a faster rate as well. This equates to accelerated healing for those with injuries and for athletes it delays muscle fatigue and enhances muscular endurance, allowing for continued peak performance!

RockTape is extremely versatile and can be used for the following conditions
Neck and Lower Back Pain
Shoulder and Elbow Pain
Hip and Knee Pain
Shin Splints
 Achilles Tendonitis
Plantar Fasciitis
